Job description
The Payroll Sales & Advisor is responsible for acquiring new clients and advising existing clients on payroll solutions. This role combines sales activities with in-depth knowledge of payroll processes to help clients optimise their payroll administration.
Profile
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the payroll or HR sector.
- Demonstrable experience in customer consulting and relationship management.
Skills:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of payroll processes or willing to learn this.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in using CRM systems and knowledge of MS Office.
