2 Payroll Sales & Advisor - Antwerp Region

Job description

 

The Payroll Sales & Advisor is responsible for acquiring new clients and advising existing clients on payroll solutions. This role combines sales activities with in-depth knowledge of payroll processes to help clients optimise their payroll administration.

Profile

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the payroll or HR sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in customer consulting and relationship management.

Skills:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes or willing to learn this.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and knowledge of MS Office.
